1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Tenda (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What Tenda is
Tenda is a lead-generation marketplace connecting customers with service providers in Zimbabwe. We facilitate introductions; we do not directly perform the underlying services (solar installation, generator supply, borehole drilling, etc.).
3. Customer terms
Submitting a request on Tenda is free and carries no obligation.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request.
Your contact details will be shared with matched suppliers when they accept your lead.
Tenda doesn't guarantee the work performed by any supplier. We vet for legitimacy and experience, but we are not responsible for the services suppliers provide.
4. Supplier terms
Suppliers must provide truthful information during registration, company details, qualifications, service areas.
Supplier accounts are subject to approval by the Tenda team.
Suppliers purchase credits to accept leads. One accepted lead = one credit. Credits are non-refundable except at our discretion (e.g. invalid leads).
Suppliers agree to contact accepted leads within 24 hours and provide professional service.
We may suspend or terminate supplier accounts that breach these terms or attract consistent negative feedback.
5. Credits and payments
Credits are purchased in packages using supported payment methods (EcoCash, OneMoney, USD card, bank transfer).
Credit prices are listed in USD and may change with reasonable notice.
Refund requests for invalid leads may be submitted within 7 days and are reviewed case-by-case.
Unused credits don't expire. We reserve the right to modify this with 30 days' notice.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users of the Service must not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the platform for spam or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid credit costs
- Harass or abuse other users, customers, or suppliers
- Reverse-engineer or scrape data from the platform
7. Disputes
Disputes between customers and suppliers are between those parties. We may assist with mediation at our discretion. For disputes with Tenda itself, email hello@tenda.life, we aim to resolve within 14 business days.
8. Limitation of liability
Tenda acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by suppliers. Our maximum liability is limited to the credit value paid for the specific lead in question.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification.
